A chunky curb-chain segment in pale gold with a large S-hook at its center and a slotted rectangular connector at each end — a statement chain that's also a working closure. The S-hook is the functional heart: it opens and closes the chain run, so its spring-back and wall thickness matter more than any cosmetic detail, and the hook's tips have to be finished smooth enough not to chew the plating of the links they engage. The end connectors take webbing or leather tabs through their slots. Oversized chain elements like these are cast individually and assembled, which keeps each link's faces clean and lets the same tool run different lengths. If your design calls for chain as the visible signature of the product, send the target run length and hook size, and we'll spec the link sections for the load.
Exact values are confirmed against your artwork, sample, application and structure requirements.

Material, finish, logo process and mounting structure are checked together before sample development.
Material, logo process, surface finish and mounting structure are worked out together, not in isolation, because each one affects the others. The right combination depends on the part type, its size, the artwork detail and where it is used.
Logo effects such as engraving, embossing, debossing, enamel filling, cut-out detail or 3D relief depend on your artwork and the part's surface. The mounting is matched to the final garment, bag, shoe, leather goods or packaging it goes on.
