A four-part snap button whose visible cap is finished in opaque enamel, with a narrow fluted gold ring set between the outer rim and a plain domed centre. The samples here are shown in two dusty pinks and a warm cream; the ring reads as a fine radial rib rather than a smooth band, which is what gives it the light-catching edge in the photos. Turn one over and the socket is a standard prong-set collar with a hollow post, so it presses on with normal snap tooling rather than anything special. Enamel is filled into a recess and cured, so the recess depth and the boundary between colour and metal are worth agreeing before we cut a mold — a shallow recess can leave the ring looking thin once the colour goes in. Cap diameter, ring width, enamel colour and the metal tone are all open, and the socket type is matched to your fabric weight and layer count. Send the material thickness it closes over, your colour reference and the snap size you already run, and we will confirm the socket and post length against them.
Exact values are confirmed against your artwork, sample, application and structure requirements.

Material, finish, logo process and mounting structure are checked together before sample development.
Material, logo process, surface finish and mounting structure are worked out together, not in isolation, because each one affects the others. The right combination depends on the part type, its size, the artwork detail and where it is used.
Logo effects such as engraving, embossing, debossing, enamel filling, cut-out detail or 3D relief depend on your artwork and the part's surface. The mounting is matched to the final garment, bag, shoe, leather goods or packaging it goes on.

Yes. Send your design file, drawing or a sample and we work out the logo, shape, size, finish and mounting from it. We confirm the structure with you before making a sample.
The size, logo effect, finish and color tone, mounting method, back structure, where the part is used, and any testing requirement. Settling these up front keeps the sample close to what you need.
Yes — which finishes suit the part depends on its shape and use. Common options are antique brass, antique silver, gunmetal, light gold, rose gold, matte black, brushed silver, nickel color, enamel filling, spray painting, electrophoresis and lacquer or oil filling. When the tone has to be exact, approve a finish sample before bulk production.
