A two-piece quick-release buckle in matte black, built around a lever that sits proud of the body. Pull the cord tab and the lever rotates, letting both halves separate in one motion — the reason this format turns up on tactical belts, chest straps and bag shoulder straps. Each half carries a wide flat slot for webbing, and the pull is a bound webbing tab on braided cord; cord length and tab shape are both adjustable. Slot width is the first dimension to lock, since it has to match your webbing exactly, so send the webbing width and thickness and we will confirm the opening before any tooling. This is a load-bearing release, so tell us the expected pull, whether the part sits against the body, and any strength or testing requirement, and we will build that into the check rather than leave it to the end. The matte black shown is a coated finish, matched to a physical sample or an approved reference.
Exact values are confirmed against your artwork, sample, application and structure requirements.

Material, finish, logo process and mounting structure are checked together before sample development.
Material, logo process, surface finish and mounting structure are worked out together, not in isolation, because each one affects the others. The right combination depends on the part type, its size, the artwork detail and where it is used.
Logo effects such as engraving, embossing, debossing, enamel filling, cut-out detail or 3D relief depend on your artwork and the part's surface. The mounting is matched to the final garment, bag, shoe, leather goods or packaging it goes on.

Send Project RequirementsShare artwork, a drawing or sample photo, the target size, the finish you want, the mounting method and where the part will be used.
We review the structure, logo process, finish, mounting feasibility and any testing needs before sampling, and flag anything that should change for casting or assembly.
Once the details are reviewed, we make a sample so you can approve the finish, logo effect and structure before bulk production.
Quantity, mold requirement, finish process and packing are confirmed per project — there is no fixed minimum or lead time we apply to every part.
