If you already have the slider, send front, side and attachment-point photos alongside its dimensions. A zipper size designation alone does not describe the opening, connector position or space available for the puller to move.
Mark the intended puller outline, grip area and logo position on your drawing. Include the length, width, thickness and connection dimensions you know; identify anything still undecided rather than estimating it from an unscaled photo.
Before tooling, the outline, wall sections, connection, movement space and usable artwork area need to be reviewed together. Finish and logo process are project options, confirmed against the sample rather than assumed from a reference image.

Common Questions
Do I need to provide the existing slider?
If the new puller must fit one, a physical slider is useful. Start with front, side and attachment-point photos plus dimensions. Identify the connection opening and any existing ring or connector.
What if I only have artwork or an unscaled photo?
Send it as a design reference and state which dimensions are still unknown. The outline and attachment need agreed dimensions before tooling; an unscaled image is not a finished drawing.
Are we developing the puller only or a complete assembly?
State which parts you already have and which parts you want discussed. A reference photo showing a slider does not by itself define the supply scope or confirm the new parts will fit.
Which dimensions matter for the logo and grip?
Provide the outer length, width and thickness, any internal opening, and the intended logo area. Mark how the puller hangs so the artwork orientation and finger-contact space can be reviewed.
What is checked before tooling?
The review covers the outline, wall sections, attachment dimensions, movement space and artwork detail. Finish and sample requirements are then agreed for that structure. Unresolved fit or artwork details should be settled before the mould is made.
